HighTemp™ Flex
About HighTemp Flex Circuits
HighTemp™ is a flexible circuit with material constructions that significantly exceed the top high temperature performance typically offered by flexible circuit suppliers. While traditional polyimide constructions are rated to perform well at temperatures up to 150ºC-200ºC, our HighTemp™ flex circuits can perform at temperatures up to 250°C.
All Flex engineers developed this capability by testing a range of materials under a variety of processing options. Premium performance in challenging environments was achieved through a combination of newly developed materials and unique fabrication processes.
Some of the markets with increasing requirements around thermal management at extreme temperatures include: down hole oil drilling, semiconductor processing, medical diagnostics and instrumentation, and a multitude of military/aerospace applications.
All Flex is one of the few companies that offers high temperature flexible circuits as well as flexible heaters with Maxi-Flex® lengths of at lengths of six feet or more.
